Before commensalism is put into a system, commensal companies can be established. These are companies where all employees and employers are paid equally for their work, and the entire profit is distributed equally between each employee and the employers.
Through strikes, employees can compel their employer to organize the workplace commensal. Employers are given the opportunity to retain control but share the profits with their employees. If they value their company more than the opportunity to enrich themselves at the expense of employees, they will continue to operate by commensal principles.
