Capitalism can’t be changed or transformed. It must be dismantled in its entirety.

Advocating for incremental changes, or sufficient social security, is in the end only beneficial for the oppressors. Equality is only understandable as a totality. There can be no slivers of equality because that still means the opposite. Inequality. The objective of complete equality must always be fully articulated.

Commensalism proposes an end of capitalist exploitation of the employees by seizing the totality of the profit from their work and sharing it equally among both employees and employers. This change can be implemented in the local workplaces at first, and as a complete economic system on a national or global level at a later stage. It can be forced through as unionised actions or on a voluntary basis on the owner's behalf. Commensalism allows private property and opens up for owners to maintain power over their companies. But it when the possibility to accumulate wealth is removed, the kernel of capitalism - making money from investing - disintegrates.

“You might change your method of achieving the objective, but the objective never changes. Our objective is complete freedom, complete justice, complete equality, by any means necessary.”

Malcolm X.
